Year 3 and 4 launch day

To kick-start their new topic 'A right royal battle', which is all about the Normans and the Battle of Hastings, the children had a fantastic Norman afternoon. They came to school in some fantastic outfits, designed swords and shields, learned about castles, took part in a quiz and tried some typical Norman food including bread, jelly, custard and dates! What a great day they had!
